At The RockDocs your comprehensive orthopedic evaluation, imaging, and treatment planning happen in one 45-minute visit. You leave with clearer answers, guidance on what you can keep doing, and a plan for what comes next.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Your evaluation is built to answer three questions.
1. Know what it is.
Your evaluation connects your symptoms to movement, strength, training habits, injury history, and the demands of your sport. When ultrasound can add meaningful clarity, it is performed during the same visit.
2. Know what to do about it.
Your findings guide the first steps: what can continue, what should change, where in-office treatment fits, and which exercises to begin. Your personalized exercise plan and guidance are delivered through the app.
3. Know how long healing will take.
Your injury type, severity, current capacity, sport demands, and goals all shape recovery. We bring the full picture together to estimate a realistic timeline and map the milestones from first steps through full return to climbing or sport.
