Service Description

Initial Examination: $225 6 visit package: $184/visit 10 visit package: $174/visit 16+ visit package: $164/visit * Single visits and packages are all-inclusive of the following services (at the discretion of the provider): - Onsite Diagnostic Ultrasound - Hands-on Manual therapy (manipulation/adjustment, sports massage, deep tissue etc.) - Dry Needling - Blood Flood Restriction training (home units provided for duration of care) - Custom pulley splint fabrication - In-App rehab and performance programming for the duration of care and 8-12 weeks following Discharge ** Initial Evaluations and followups are 45 minutes in duration ***10% OFF for ALTA members! (proof of active membership required) ****Superbills provided as a curtesy upon request- patients with OON benefits may receive insurance reimbursement up to 70%.
